About our courses

QGIS

If you are just starting with QGIS, then our introductory course is a good place to start. Our introductory course is held both as an online course and a physical course in Copenhagen.

If you are already working with QGIS, but want more experience with the program, then our intermediate QGIS course is perfect. This course builds on top of our introductory course with a deeper dive into data setup, visualization and map layouts.

Would you like more knowledge about georeferencing, vector analysis and automation of vector analysis with the graphical modeler, then our advanced QGIS course the best choice.

We also hold a number of short, concentrated online courses focusing on a specific topic in QGIS, e.g. digitization, setting up map layouts, labels, data visualization, working with raster data etc. These courses are aimed at those of you who already have little experience with QGIS, but wants specific knowledge on the topic in question.

PostgreSQL and MSSQL

We also hold courses on how to make inquiries for data management and analysis of geographical data in resp. PostgreSQL database and MSSQL database. Currently these are taught only in Danish.

Custom courses

Are you interested in a customized course tailored to your needs? A course can be of a few hours duration for several days. The course content can be anything from introduction to expert level and with a focus on a specific application or functionality, eg based on your assignments.

The customized courses can be adapted to specific needs or tasks and can be held at your place.

In the last couple of years, we have held many customized courses in e.g. QGIS, PostgreSQL / PostGIS and use of geographic data in MSSQL.

We are happy to help with input for course content. Write to kursus@septima.dk, if you want to hear more about what we can help with.
